Delivers Stellar All-Round Performance in Q2 FY26

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), one of India’s leading energy companies, has announced its financial results for the Q2 and half year of FY 26, showcasing a robust operational and financial performance.

On standalone basis, BPCL achieved a revenue of ₹1,21,570.90 crore for the Q2 of FY 26, reaffirming its market leadership. Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹6,442.53 crore in Q2 of FY 26, marking a 169% increase as compared to ₹2,397.23 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. 

On a standalone basis, BPCL achieved a revenue of ₹2,51,148.79 crore for half year FY 26 and a half yearly Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹12,566.46 crore in FY 2026 as compared to ₹5,412 crore in corresponding period of previous fiscal year showing a remarkable 132% jump over last year.

Key Highlights – Q2 FY2025-26

•Refinery Throughput: Achieved 9.82 million metric tonnes (MMT) with a capacity utilization of 111%, compared to 10.28 MMT in Q2 FY25.

•Domestic Market Sales: Registered quarterly domestic sales of 12.67 MMT, a growth of 2.26% over 12.39 MMT in Q2 FY25.

•Gross Refining Margin (GRM): Reported strong GRM of $10.78 per barrel, compared to $4.41 per barrel in the same quarter last year.

•Dividend: Announced interim dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity share

•Refinery Throughput: Achieved 20.24 million metric tonnes (MMT) with a capacity utilization of 115%, compared to 20.39 MMT in H1 of FY25.

•Domestic Market Sales: Registered Half yearly domestic sales of 26.25 MMT, marking a growth of 2.74% over 25.55 MMT in H1 FY25.

•Gross Refining Margin (GRM): Reported strong GRM of $7.77 per barrel for H1 FY 2026, compared to $6.12 per barrel in the same period last year.
