The Ernakulam District Zonal Conference of Nidhi companies, which play a vital role in supporting the state’s rural economy, will be held on October 25 at Prada Residency, Karukadam, Kothamangalam. The public meeting, beginning at 10:30 a.m., will be inaugurated by MLA Antony John and presided over by Zonal President M. V. Mohanan. The event will feature addresses by several Nidhi Companies Association (NCA) leaders, including State President Davies A. Palathingal, State General Secretary A. A. Saleesh, and Vice President E. A. Joseph. Sessions will include discussions on compounding, the distribution of educational and performance awards, medical assistance grants, the honouring of senior members, cultural programs, and a family get-together. More than one hundred Managing Directors, Directors, employees, and their families from Nidhi companies across the Ernakulam district are expected to attend.
