New Delhi, October 5, 2023: As the cricket frenzy sweeps the country from today, Airtel announces special cricket plans with extended benefits for its customers. 

 

For all prepaid customers, Airtel has launched a special data pack for customers to stay connected and not run out of data while streaming the matches.

 

•Rs 99 will now get unlimited data for 2 days

•Rs 49 offers 6GB data for 1 day 

 

Airtel DTH is collaborating with Star for special recharge offers. It has also simplified the process for customers choose to add channels from the Start Sports portfolio. 

On the Airtel Xstream box, Airtel is running a quick-access promo-rail, for customers to quickly navigate to the cricket match broadcast in their preferred language.

 

Social Campaign: To celebrate the cricket frenzy, Airtel is launching a social media campaign and activating different platforms targeting all the cricket buffs. 

Bharti Airtel users enjoy the brilliant network experience and fastest upload speeds across International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup 2023 stadiums, according to an Opensignal report. Ahead of the ICC World Cup which has commenced on October 05, 2023, Opensignal examined mobile network experience across all the stadiums to assess the performance of Indian mobile operators. On the 5G network specifically, Airtel delivered the best experience with voice apps across all the stadiums. 

According to the report, Airtel performed best compared to other operators in the quality of mobile live video streaming experience across 40 largest cities in India by population, in  majority of these cities for overall Live Video Experience as well as for 5G Live Video Experience.
