86th Annual General Meeting of Federal Bank Conducted

The eighty sixth Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Federal Bank was held in Aluva . The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the Board K M Chandrasekhar and attended by other directors and shareholders.

Approval of shareholders was sought for various key resolutions like re-appointment of some of the Independent Directors of the Bank, introduction of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017, raising of funds through issuance of bonds up to Rs 4,000 crores etc. The Chairman asserted the commitment of the Bank towards customer delight and continuous up-gradation of skills, despite a highly volatile and challenging business environment.

Bank’s strategy for organic growth in terms of business was also emphasized by Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO at the meeting.
